O.E.S's Yelp Review
I went here for the first time when this place first opened and I didn't write a review because I didn't want to give it a bad review especially since they were obviously still working on some things. I'd have to agree with some of the 1 star reviews if you rated it on their initial presentation, but I went there last night and things have greatly improved. I wanted to give this restaurant another chance, and I'm glad that I did.
For starters, there's now a full menu and bar. When they first opened, the menu consisted of literally about 6 items, but now it seems to cover all of the bases of the creole cuisine. We started off with the gumbo appetizer, and it was quite tasty. I had the combo platter for my entree, which was also pretty good. I couldn't even finish the entire meal because the portions are so large. I wanted to try the bread pudding for dessert, but that will have to wait for another time. I will be back.
For a community starving for restaurant choices, this is definitely a good option. Give it a shot!
